My service representative was (owner) Javier Valencia. He contacted me quickly on a cold and busy Sunday afternoon within a very short time of my request for help with my furnace that had just quit working. He was at my home within 30 minutes; diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour of arrival. His warm and friendly, professional manner gave me confidence regarding my personal trust in him. I paid what I considered a fair and reasonable price for quality service (and parts) - just as he quoted me over the phone - but actually less than I expected. I would absolutely call upon this service again with confidence. I do recommend Javier's service as top-notch.

Javier responded to my request very quickly. He was available and at my house in 40 minutes! He did the furnace inspection and maintenance, as requested. We have a new Nest thermostat and he went the extra mile to make sure it was working properly. Javier is very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Javier was very knowledgeable about our floor gas furnace which is actually installed in the crawlspace. We had a pilot light but could not get gas to it to light up and heat. He was the 3rd repair man who we called and the only one who knew about the reset button on the furnace!! He reset it and the furnace has worked perfectly since.
