Honest, professional, conscientious, reliable, accommodating and affordable describe Quade and QS & L Builders. A pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He fit us in to have the job completed when we wanted it done. He showed up on time and we got an honest days work from him and his crew. They kept the neatest and cleanest job site. We are very happy with the results.

This crew did an excellent job replacing 2 storm damaged roofs and painting the house. At the end of each day they throughly cleaned up debris from that days work. They were reliable and kept us informed as to what was going to be accomplished each day. They showed up on time and completed everything we asked them to do. They are very personable and easy to work with. I have recommended them to 4 friends and would do so to anyone looking to have work done at their home!

They are amazing. Ky roof leaked, they were able to come up with affordable solutions. They fit me into their busy schedule very rapidly. They are prompt, very respectful and professional on the jobsite, they did great work and were very neat. They made sure to check the grounds multiple times for any scraps, nails, or other debris before leaving. There was no sign they were ever there except for a beautiful new roof. I highly recommend them.

QS&L: A 5-star gem! Quade: If you call him, he will answer his phone; if you set an appointment time, he will arrive (on time); if he tells you he will do something, he does it! He spent all the time we needed to give us the details of our roofing options and he took the time to quote (in writing) several options. He is obviously very knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing. He gave us an accurate time frame for the delivery of materials, the start date of the job according to his work schedule, and was in touch with us just prior to the day he began the work. Quade and his team worked diligently all day. They were a professional team with a high-quality work ethic. The job was completed according to the time estimate he originally stated. They cleaned up the work site when the job was finished and left our yard free of any construction debris. I am hard-pressed to find any fault with our experience with QS&L. There has got to be room for improvement for QS&L somewhere, but I am at a loss to tell you what that would be. We would hire him for additional work and recommend him to others WITHOUT HESITATION. If you do not hire him... well... I told you so.

Quade was very responsive to a potentially serious problem I had with my roof (heavy snow and ripped off ridge vents leaving opening in roof). He was able to respond quickly and gave me peace of mind that I wasn't going to have significant water damage from an exposed roof. I plan on contacting him in the spring for some additional work that I have planned.

he said everything he was doing and did it and more. I recommend him to anyone that want what your moneys worth. he is coming back to do more work for me.

Timely roof repair done efficiently.

The roof didn't leak for a year and a half, but after that time we were discouraged with the second project that we had hired him for. He really let us down. He didn't finish the second project, we now have an unfinished project, a leaking roof & perhaps mold.

Would hire this company for every project that crosses my desk .I can not say enough about their work and skills ,excellent company to do business with. Thank you to Quade and his crew
