We hired Pyroshield to replace all of our gutters, install screens, and clean & treat our roofs on our house, shed, and detached garage. When they first came out to clean the roof, the painters we hired were also there prepping. This was not as planned but both teams managed to work around each other quite well. The Pyroshield team placed all of the removed gutters & parts along the edge of our yard. Pieces were not scattered about which pleased us. After installation, we found that some of gutter ends were not cleanly installed. I contacted Pyroshield with photos, received a call back that day, and the ends were fixed the next day.

They did the repairs as they said they would. If they hadn't come when they did our ceiling and roof could very likely have been on top of us as we watched TV. When they found the caved in part of the roof they came to tell us about it along with pictures they had just taken of the damages. I was very impressed by this method because I physically couldn't climb the ladder. They were prompt, polite and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves each and every day after they completed their work. I would highly recommend Pyroshield of Washington with no reservations whatsoever.

Workmanship was good but they tried to "upsell" a few times after I had selected the type of gutter I wanted installed. After the gutter was removed, they didn't clean the facia board--at least the portion underneath the gutter. Finished product, other than the residue underneath the gutter, looks and works well.
