I’m very happy with the work he’s done. He’s reliable, professional, and makes sure everything is installed properly. He pays great attention to detail, communicates clearly, and provides excellent customer service. His prices are also very reasonable for the quality of work he delivers. Steven ghosted me after being informed his quote was $20 higher an hour with the $15 an hr discount he was giving me than any other quote I had received. I also informed him I was happy to pay for quality which I was sure I would get from him so his quote was fine with me. I only told him about his pricing for his information incase in the future he wanted to research and adjust his prices, He got very defensive and told me he has plenty of work and really didn't need my jobs. I assured him again that his quote was fine with me and I looked forward to him starting the next project. He had just completed a small roofing job for me. We agreed on start date and I've never heard back from him. Very disappointed and wish I could get up on a ladder to check his roofing job he did for me. I am of the generation that doesn't quite understand this ghosting thing and that people can lie so easily. I would not hire this handyman again

Stephen Pursley is the utmost professional who did the job right at an affordable price. He fixed the grout in my shower and the stairs going into the garage which had a gap between the bottom step and the garage floor. I would highly recommend Pursley contracting for almost any size job. Nicely done, Stephen! Thank you so much!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
