Excellent work. They were prompt, fitted my thermostat, and went above and beyond to ensure that my air conditioner was working properly. Dmitrii was nice and polite. He double-checked that I knew what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also spent time showing me how to operate the new device and answering all of my questions.
