Very fast service and did some "extra" that wasn't in the quote! However, a bit of a miscommunication concerning payment. The installer wouldn't let my wife leave without payment. I had the checkbook and told them on the phone I would be there around 5pm. I had to leave work so they would let my wife leave. Otherwise great!

Gary who did the estimate and was my first contact was outstanding. He gave me honest and reasonable expectations as far as the savings I could expect from the sprayed on foam insulation. He also gave me cheaper alternatives. I didn't get any other estimates because I trusted him and felt good about what he told me. The crew that did the application were very punctual and professional. I only gave a 4 for value because it is expensive and I won't really know my savings until the summer months. What I have noticed is the attic temp is close to the living space temp so it is obvious that my HVAC will not be working as hard.
