Originally very helpful. After 1st treatment mentioned to manager that there seem to be more than roaches and they bit. He mentioned that he would check and speak to owner. Worker came 2nd treatment no knowledge of biting bugs. On 3rd treatment worker still didn't know what biting bugs where. Wife called and was told a charge of $400 per room would apply. I never heard from manager or owner after 1st treatment. Worker sent had no knowledge of bugs

This is an outstanding company. The owner Butch is knowledgeable, caring, honest and so professional. Butch contacted me on a Saturday night and the next morning Sunday he was at my daughter s home at 8 am to resolve her infestation problem. Now that is amazing service. Thank you Home Advisor. I plan to hire ProTerra for my home as well.

We had a potential bird mite infestation and Butch was here in an hour from our call. He explained the treatment and made us felt at ease due to his knowledge and general interest in helping us. The teeth showed up the next morning was professional and thorough. Problem solved! Highly recommend! WR
