This was the first major project I needed done on my house. Pro Quality came in and went through everything with me so I had a full understanding of what was needed to resolve a "leak" issue. The men who reconstructed a whole new chimney were very meticulous and took their time to make sure the job was done correctly. The Carpenter/Painter who came in to repair and paint the ceiling was amazing. You would never even know that the ceiling had caved in. I would highly recommend Pro Quality to anyone needing any home improvements.

The folks at Pro Quality are about the most professional people I have ever dealt with. Finding a new company to work in your home is always traumatic, not knowing on the front end how the job will turn out. I will not have that problem in the future. Although I will likely not need another gutter job, I feel confident that they will handle anything else with the same level of attention to detail that left such an impression on me this time. Regardless of the necessary task, I wish I had found them long ago.

I had a roof repair replace missing shingles and repair a hole in the roof also I asked to replace just thfront ofe the house gutters All the gutters were replaced and they did not do a good job on cleaning up after the work was completed

This comment was made 15 months after job was completed. The customer was happy at the time of completion and told us he would recommend us to friends and family. This customer sold this home 7 months after the service and 8 months prior to review. We are very puzzled by this review. Why would someone post a review 15 months after completion and when they no longer live in the home. Such is life. We Try very hard to provide 5 Star service to every Pro Quality Customer. Very professional company. I often hesitate to work with contractors. I have had many problems over the years but Pro Quality was top noch. At our first meeting they came with all the proper paper work and gave the proposal then and there. They were not the lowest bidder but I felt very comfortable with the proposal. I would gladly recommend them and use them again.
