We were exceptionally pleased with Pro Quality. The work performed was exceptional and there customer services was excellent. This is a very professional company with a seamless start to finish. We highly recommend them for any/all home improvement projects.

A water-tight basement repair led to an entire leader and gutter replacement, followed by a new roof installation. All of this would never have occurred if I was not impressed from the beginning with the expertise and professionalism of the project managers, who demonstrated a concern for me as a consumer and homeowner. This in addition to the thorough, professional jobs carried out by the workers.

I would like to start by saying we were very tough clients. We had a very big job for a complete roof install which also turned into replacing the siding on front of house. This was followed up a complete reno of our attic to make it a nice space for storage while insulating it against freezing cold. 1. Pro Quality does not collect final check unless customer is completely satisfied. I appreciate this very much as there were definitely touch ups and repairs to do after initial job was done. Pro Quality followed up to ensure all our concerns were addressed. I really appreciate this about them. 2. Timeline - We were quoted 1 day for roof, and 1 week for attic reno. When all was done, it took 1.5 months. This was because of holidays, waiting for parts order,add-on front siding job, and waiting on sub-contractors. In general always take timeline given and multiply by 4. 3. Make sure you check every little detail. Either Pro Quality or their Sub-Contractors come in, finish the day's job, and rush out. There was no project manager who checked in every day or every other day to ensure we had no concerns. We called them to raise our concerns. Only 1 guy asked us to sign a form for satisfaction before he left for the day (carpet install). 4. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. We had the unfortunate issue where they asked us for more money for one aspect of the reno. Had it not been in writing in the contract and priced in previously, we would have had to pay extra. 5. Educate yourself on every option you have for a particular job. It is you (the client) who has the job to know every little detail such that you get what you want, the way you want it. (e.g gutters can either be covered with mesh or not covered - you have to know what you want).

They did everything they promised to do Showed up on time Finished promptly Only thing better would have been to do a better job cleaning up nails and screws on the roof. I made Pro Quality aware of this issue and they came back and did a better job cleaning up.

The workers showed up on time and worked to completion. They worked neat and clean and left my home the way they found it.

Prompt initial reply, no up sell, fairly priced, work started and completed as promised.

Good efficient timely work. Good paint job after install. Debris all cleaned up properly.

They did a great job installing and were timely and met there schedule promises. Will not know how effective the product is until winter when the gutter heaters will have to do their job. Only caveat is the price quoted far exceeded the Home Adviser estimate of a typical installation including HA's estimated maximum price.
