Pro Pinnacle Contracting replaced my entire roof including the sheathing, plus replacement gutters. Anthony was always responsive and was on time for every call or meeting. I highly recommend them for roof replacement and gutter replacement. Anthony met with the inspection technician from the insurance company to point out the damage and discussed it with the insurance adjuster to help facilitate the process - all before I even contracted him. He explained in detail what each line on the insurance estimate meant and was careful to be sure I understood what he was talking about and how that mapped to the materials and labor he was quoting. He used high-quality Owens Corning architectural shingles and OC Rhino Roof underlayment for the job. The roofing team was on time and completely replaced the roof in one day. During the job, there were some items that weren't included in the insurance estimate that he provided at no additional charge, simply because it needed to be done. They weren't huge items, but he wanted to be sure it was done right. His team came by and replaced the gutters the next week and again, they were on time and completed the work in one day. After the job, Anthony came back out twice to sweep the yard for any nails or waste so it was safe and clean for the family and pets. His goal for the project was to be sure the job was done right and that I was happy with everything. The job was done right and I am happy with everything. For a stressful project like replacing a roof, Anthony and his team made it easy and I working with Pro Pinnacle Contracting was the best choice.

They were very courteous, respectful, professional. and they showed me the problems and explained it to me so that I could understand and showed me pictures after the job was completed. If I ever have any more problems, I will certainly call them. The price was very reasonable.

Highly recommended. Responded to my quote request within minutes. Obtained a quote and scheduled the roof repair by phone the same day. Arrived on time, completed the repair while taking before-and-after photos. The repair ended up being more shingles than originally thought but the original quote was still honored. This sort of exceptional service is uncommon. Especially in my case as it appears that Scro's Roofing didn't install the shingles according to the manufacturer's specifications thereby resulting in failure that they refused to address by pointing to the contract for the roof replacement.
