Loc was very accommodative to our needs and schedule. He was almost always on time and if was not coming due to any time conflict, he would inform us in advance. He was very flexible to perform additional work and finished everything on time. If we did not like something, he would patiently re-do the work to suit our needs. Last but not least, his costs are very reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.

We scheduled a date for our yard clean up and they never showed up. We tried to call and reschedule with them and they never called us back. Then they just showed up a week later without any notice of re scheduling. The lawn was cut in different lengths and the lines were all over the place and many spots were missed. None of our trees were pruned, yard was not edged, and weeds were not pulled. Everything we were quoted for was not done except for the mowing, which was very sloppy. We tried to call them to discuss the work that was done and had to leave a message. It has been two weeks and they still have not returned our calls. Very disappointed. Yard looks terrible.

Very personable, however grass not mowed short enough as hoped and minimal edging done so lawn did not look freshly cleaned up.
