The addition turned out very nice, but I terminated the final step because working with the contractor became very difficult. I was not able to choose fixtures, shower stall, windows, toilet and had to choose cabinets out of a catalog. I asked what the budget for plumbing was, so I could choose a different faucet and the builder would not give us an answer. The discussion turned into a very unpleasant argument. I was told because this was not a big budget job I didn't get to choose.

This customer received a quality job for a fair price. In 31 years we have NEVER experienced what we had to endure throughout this project. It is impossible to debate or answer to statements that are not fair, accurate and out of context. Quality name brand products were specified in the contract and installed accordingly. Unfortunately we were unable to openly discuss details on a regular basis due to a personality conflict with a hostile family member. The customer was always pleased with our work and the craftsmen who provided the services. Thankfully were able to credit back a portion of the project to complete our contract.

Through no fault of there own they did not do the job for me as one of my son's in law volunteered to do the build the ramp for me..Since no work was done no rating. Gene Bello

We really liked Chris and all the people that he hired to do the work for us. Chris met his time commitments and is good about returning to finish up the smaller items that sometimes don't get done on the first go-round.
