Install or Replace Furnace or Forced Air Heating System

Initially we were skeptical because a previous dissapointing experience that we had with another air contioning and heating company that were very pushy on trying to sell us a system. Prime AC and Heat sold us without feeling pressured and even offered us financing! They were able to beat the previous quote that was given to us and did an amazing job. We are glad that we got this company to give us a second opinion it definitely paid off!

Repair or Service Furnace or Forced Air Heating System

Super knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Furnace broke on us sunday late evening and they had someone out here 2 hours later! Tech looked over the furnace and immediately knew what was happening. Did not try to sell us a new one, just fixed it and told us that it was still in good condition just needed a little bit off TLC. Happy with service and will diffidently use again!

Install a Central Air Conditioning System

Our unit finally gave out so we called Prime. They were recommended by one of our neighbors so we gave them a chance. We could not be more happy. They came out the same day as a free estimate and Jorge spent a couple of hours inspecting the entire system and answering all of our questions. One of the most professional and down to earth companies we have ever dealt with. We decided to go ahead and purchase the Lennox 25 SEER unit. The next day the install crew Mike & Frank showed up early and began work. Very impressed with how they represented their company and kept my husband and i very involved.They laid out cloths on the floor and made every effort to take care of our home during whole process. They busted there behind all day, and after they were finished, they cleaned after themselves and left our home as if nothing ever happened. Two days later we received a call from the owner Edith, she followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly and remind us that we would be taken care of any time we should need them again. From start to finish this company went above and beyond our expectations. We will be recommending prime ac to all our friends and family.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
