I can’t say enough positive things about Doug, Andre and their whole crew. We have used them for over 8 years for various projects from simple one room renovations to adding a 2nd story to our home. We feel so lucky to have someone whom we trust and has reasonable prices. Their work is impeccable, and if we are even slightly unsatisfied with anything, they insist on fixing or changing it to meet our needs. They are a company who will make sure you love your home. Doug and his crew have done several jobs for me including bathroom renovation, painting and tiling. I have been so satisfied with their work that they are always my first call. I canâ t think of a job I wouldnâ t call the for first.

Doug and his crew did a fantastic job. Showed up when he said he would. Had great pricing and was not satisfied with the project until we were. They installed more than 1500 sq ft of floor tile, granite steps and did a bathroom with 5 ft tiled shower. We will have him back to do the next section of our house. Do not hesitate to hire Doug and his crew.

Doug and his fantastic team set the highest possible bar for the quality of work and customer service that one should expect from all professional tradespeople. The experience was simply amazing from Dougs first consultation at our condo all the way through the completion of the three tiling projects (floor tiles and in-floor heating for kitchen and two baths, plus floor-to-ceiling wall tiles in both baths). Dougs expertise blazed through every step of the way, and his wise counsel reflected his knowledge of process, materials and aesthetics. The team worked long hours, including on weekends to meet a very aggressive timetable, and the team of Renato, Charles and Andre simply could not have been more flexible, talented and pleasant to welcome into my home. When I searched for a tile company I was in a very difficult position as I had my one and only bathroom gutted. The contractor that was scheduled to do the work left me hanging. Doug stepped in and was able to fit me in that same week. He and his workers were prompt, friendly, clean and did an excellent job.

By far Pride was the best contractors we've ever worked with. They got there early and stayed late. They spent time with us designing the bathroom. They made suggestions based on their experience when we weren't sure which way to go.
