I hired Mr. Renato Valadares on 10/14/2021, his price was very reasonable. The following day 10/15, I sent him a text message asking for a quote to take out my old vanity and to replace it with a new one along with the light fixtures. He did not reply to my message. I called on the 15th and spoke with Renato and he promised he would send me a quote and check his schedule to start the work on my tile project. I did not hear back from him so I sent a text message on 10/17 asking if he would be able to start the tile job on the 23rd and I was worried because I did not hear back from him. STILL no response,

Renato and his team did an amazing job on our backsplash and flooring! They gave us a fair price and were very flexible when our tile ended up being delivered weeks after expected. He and his team worked meticulously and it really shows. They did a great job at keeping the rest of the house clean and dust free while they worked. The job itself went longer than quoted because of some problems that popped up while removing and installing the tile, but they worked extremely hard to meet our deadline. Would highly recommend Pride Home Remodeling to anyone who is looking for a hardworking and trustworthy tile company.

Outstanding attention by Renato and his crew to every detail! 120 sq feet of porcelain kitchen floor tile looks absolutely perfect. The workmen did a terrific job of shielding the rest of the area from any dust or airborne debris, cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, and accommodated our schedule when the job turned out to be more complex and time-consuming than first proposed (we chose to use smaller tiles than originally planned). Renato graciously accepted this change with no increase in the fixed price for the installation. He also kindly assisted us in delivering the tiles; did a successful spot repair to a dishwasher wiring cable that had begun to disintegrate at the connection box ; and even repurposed for us a spare wooden panel to better conceal the side of the dishwasher! We would give his team 6 stars if we could. His price was very competitive and fair, and I am happy to recommend him wholeheartedly!

I'm very happy with the backsplash Pride Home Remodeling installed in my kitchen. The job consisted of repairing a large hole left by an old vent and installing c. 20 sf of glass tile. Pride's price was competitive, the job was totally professional and best of all, the backsplash looks superb.

I’m very happy with my new tile floor installed by Renato and his crew at Pride Home Remodeling. They installed porcelain tiles on 300 sf of kitchen and hallway. They took great care moving appliances and demolishing the old floor. The debris was contained well and the area was always left as neat as possible at the end of each day. The installation was meticulous. The tiles and grout lines are even and the floor feels very stable (unlike my previous install which had to be replaced) . Communication with Renato was very easy and he kept me informed along the way. When the job was finished everything was put back and care was taken that all appliances were reconnected properly and in working order. I’m so happy with this floor and the work that was done.

Doug and his fantastic team set the highest possible bar for the quality of work and customer service that one should expect from all professional tradespeople. The experience was simply amazing from Dougs first consultation at our condo all the way through the completion of the three tiling projects (floor tiles and in-floor heating for kitchen and two baths, plus floor-to-ceiling wall tiles in both baths). Dougs expertise blazed through every step of the way, and his wise counsel reflected his knowledge of process, materials and aesthetics. The team worked long hours, including on weekends to meet a very aggressive timetable, and the team of Renato, Charles and Andre simply could not have been more flexible, talented and pleasant to welcome into my home. All in all, my experience with Doug demonstrated a true expression of professionalism and results that are beyond beautiful.

Doug and his team did an amazing job. The new bathroom looks great. They got the job done on time. Very high quality of work. Our house was spotless when they finished. Would definitely hire again and recommend to friends and family.
