Favio seemed to be obsessed with only coming to my house on Mondays for whatever reason. Initially he came right away which was a Monday, however, i expected him at 1 or 2PM and he didn't show until it was nearly dark at 4:15PM, not really giving us a chance to examine my home's exterior for where the mice could be getting in. His follow up and communication after I wrote the check after his 1st appointment was slow -several weeks. For what was paid for 2 appointments, his faithful assistant planted a wide assortment of snap traps, glue traps and poison food. I could have done all of this myself and really got no "expertise" from the service. Next time I'm more inclined to go with a brand name and I might receive more value for my $$$.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
