Be sure to check work quality prior to paying, but I had issues pop up after he left, he tried to fix but it was above his skill level, He is probably a good handyman but not a flooring expert.

Over charge me by 100.00 according to what agreement. I am 70 and a woman I had to use my Trk and gas to get the material paneling,trim and a steel door. I had to help him load and unload. He took 3 days and left without finishing the wall and trim. Never called or made arrangements to finish. It s been almost a week now. I made a mistake when I chose him. I read reviews, I confused his reviews with someone else. I thought he had over 200 he had only 14. I would not use him again. His quality of work was fair. Not the professionalisms I thought I was hiring. The paneling I bought was wood grain. The wall was 12 foot high. He had to add paneling another 4 ft up. He did not follow the wood grain run. It was completely off. I did not like it. He didn t offer to fix it. His response was. Don t worry nobody will notice it . Well so far everyone that looks at the new wall. Immediately noticed. His work is what People call he does enough just to get by. The quality of his work doesn t matter. The wall is up doesn t matter what it looks like. It is serving its purpose. The looks doesn t matter, nobody will notice his mistakes. That s his attitude. Now I have to hire another to finish what he started. This will costs me a lot more than it should

Ron worked with us while we were house hunting. I needed someone who could give me estimates on work needing to be done and to look for problems I might not notice. He checked out the house and gave me information on potential/actual code violations, estimates on replacing kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. My wife and I felt comfortable dealing with Ron and will definitely use him when we purchase a new home.
