Perfect moving team! These guys were able to deliver everything they promised. Clean, safe packing, they handled very well all the furniture so nothing got scratched. I was very happy that did it in one day. The price was very good also and very efficient. I recommend them for a quick, safe and affordable move.

These guys intentionally moved slow. I complained to Chester and he told me to deal with it. When I approached the movers they went ballistic. They damaged my dresser in 3 spots and when I told Chester about it he could have cared less. A move that should have taken 4 hours took 7 with my help and I have MS and am a senior citizen, and they only moved half of what they were supposed to. When they left to deliver my things to my new place, 8 miles away, they disappeared for 40-45 minutes with no explanation and charged me for it! I think everyone who's been taken by these guys should get together and file a lawsuit against them. I truly believe that the movers and Chester have some kind of racket going on. C. Your move went over the estimated time as you was not ready when the movers arrived and there were more items to be moved that what was in your initial move inventory. Your place was in disoriented with stuff everywhere and it was long walk at the unload which was unforeseen circumstances.

Can't think of enough positive adjectives to give Premium Moving Services! They were on-time, wrapped & gently moved my sofas and three glass tables, efficiently moved my bedsets, including mattresses and box springs, and did it all within the estimated time period. Nate & Kaden were absolutely amazing - friendly, professional, strong, and amazingly efficient. I would highly recommend Premium Moving Services to anyone considering any kind of move. They were professional from the first phone call (a real person answered!) to the final walk-through. Definitely a 5-star rating!

Highly, Highly, recommend this company! They bend over backwards to help you and give you just what you want. The movers are very Professional and very hard workers! NOthing but the best to say about this company! Especially for Seniors!

We will be filing fraud charges due to the deposit being taken and not refunded and will also be filing charges for discrimination. Do not waste your time or money on these movers. The people that they hire how decide to show up late then decide to tell disabled customers how disgusting they are, and that they will never move or touch any items in their house even though the house was packed and ready to go they showed up an hour and a half late will not refund money for deposit don’t do business with them they will steal your money and call you anything and everything under the sun.
