Movers, Rodney and Jonathon, were first-rate, but their company lowballs their "estimate" by 25-30%. Lots of unexplained and sudden charges despite any pleading for "real numbers. Their truck will leave you a free oil spot from their decrepit lift gate-no charge!

*** DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! *** They arrived nearly 5 hours late for my 11:30AM move time. I was told that they 'had a previous job that was running long' by Chester (via telephone) but it was clear when they arrived, they had just grabbed the last Ryder truck from the rental lot ( 16' truck - TOO SMALL), did not bring tool kit as requested , only brought 20 moving blankets, no packing tape, and ran out of plastic wrap. They sent 3rd mover to get supplies.  Was away for an hour, brough back nothing. Never acted with any urgency. Movers stated several times that my move was misquoted (Chester), like the one earlier in the day (indicating a trend). Move lasted near 12 hours, concluding after 4AM. I had to rescue these guys because their truck battery drained because they left the headlights on. Luckily I had a jump-pack in my car. About a week later, I received a $100 fine from the HOA for moving after 11PM. They wanted to change me 2x orig price.

Perfect moving team! These guys were able to deliver everything they promised. Clean, safe packing, they handled very well all the furniture so nothing got scratched. I was very happy that did it in one day. The price was very good also and very efficient. I recommend them for a quick, safe and affordable move.

These guys intentionally moved slow. I complained to Chester and he told me to deal with it. When I approached the movers they went ballistic. They damaged my dresser in 3 spots and when I told Chester about it he could have cared less. A move that should have taken 4 hours took 7 with my help and I have MS and am a senior citizen, and they only moved half of what they were supposed to. When they left to deliver my things to my new place, 8 miles away, they disappeared for 40-45 minutes with no explanation and charged me for it! I think everyone who's been taken by these guys should get together and file a lawsuit against them. I truly believe that the movers and Chester have some kind of racket going on. C. Hi Cynthia, Thanks for your feedback. Your move went over the estimated time as you was not ready when the movers arrived and there were more items to be moved that what was in your initial move inventory. Your place was in disoriented with stuff everywhere and it was long walk at the unload which was unforeseen circumstances.
