The initial project was done well and professionally. However, we wanted to do another project and give them repeat business. It is a bit of a custom project so we wanted them to come so we could consult with them on what we wanted to do. They scheduled time to come out - did not show up. Then insisted they could just give us a quote over the phone instead of coming out. Literally refused to come out and see the work that needed to be done.
