They were everything a 5 star company should be: Prompt, professional, dependable, courteous, knowledgeable, and value. They did a great job removing 4 trees uprooted and damaged by Hurricane Ida. Definitely recommend them.

Main problem was no plywood laid down when machinery moved around yard creating deep ruts. Promised to remediate but never came back.

Keith from Premier arrived for the estimate on the date and at the time promised. He said the removal of the 2 trees in my rear yard could be done on Tuesday. July 27 or Wed. July 28. After I had agreed to use Premier, Keith called me on Mon. July 26 and said they had a cancellation so could they come now? Of course I was happy to have the work done early. The Premier crew arrived at 10:15 am and had 2 trees removed and yard cleaned by 3:40 pm. I could not believe how quickly they completed the job. The stump from the large tree was removed the next morning. I would highly recommend Premierâ good service price and excellent work!

Kelly Latour from Premier Tree Service visited my house for an estimate on stump removal. He agreed to return when their stump machine was back from repairs. Never heard back. I called Kelly back a few weeks later. He told me the stump machine was back and they would come by in **a few days**. Problem #1: Why did I have to call him? He promised to call me. Despite Kellys promise to **come by in a few days** no one ever showed up. Problem #2: First missed appointment Call Kelly back again. Oh, yeah, he says, for sure we will be there Friday. No show on Friday. Problem #3: Second broken appointment. Call Kelly Friday afternoon. Kelly says somebody **dropped the ball** and he will get someone to me on Monday. Monday morning I call Kelly to confirm the appointment and all my calls are now going to voicemail. Good thing I called him or I would have been sitting around all day waiting for yet another broken appointment from Premier Tree Service. Problem # 4: Third broken appointment Problem #5: Kelly Latour is now ghosting me, his customer. Bottom line, Kelly Latour repeatedly lied to me. He also cowardly ducked my phone calls instead of telling me to my face that my job is too small and I should call someone else. Do not ever hire Premier Tree Service.
