I contacted Premier Source Roofing on a Sunday morning around 8:00 and by 10:00 they were there to help. They were very professional and took care of my issues. They didn’t try to up charge me for unnecessary repairs and handled my concerns quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using them again!

From start to finish the job was done in a timely matter. Eric and his crew were nothing but professional in their duties. Even in the clean up of all materials from the job site. We had a terrible experience with this company. Eric H. owner of PSR hired a sub to come out and fix our roof. The sub ended up putting flashing around our chimneys inside out and did not replace or nail down boots. This caused major damage to the inside of our home. I text and emailed Eric with no response. He finally responded and said 'He was out of town." I have yet to hear back from him as he is avoiding the issue. He did not apologize for the terrible work the subs did or the damage done to our house. I wised this allowed me to show pictures, so you could see the work this company does and the subs he hires to do the job. Eric was very friendly in the beginning and stayed in touch until there was a problem, then he is so called "Out of Town". We are sorry Beverly H. feels this way about her roof. This is not the first roof that we have done for Beverly H. This was a client that did not come from HomeAdvisor. Beverly H was a referral from a happy customer in Albemarle NC. Our company , PSR ,has helped over 500 people in Albemarle, NC get new roofs from storm damage in the area. PSR completed a roof replacement for Beverly's previous home that she was very happy with. Beverly H called our company to look at a different roof on a home that she had just moved to, which had an aged roof with multiple issues. Beverly H. explained at that time she was experiencing numerous leaks in multiple areas of the home. After assessing the roof, PSR found rusted nails under the shingles on over fifty percent of the roof, rusted flashing around chimneys, pipe collars that need replacing, and sidewall work. (Rusted nails verifies that this is long term leaking). We were able to determine during our assessment there was not enough specific storm damage (missing shingles) to qualify Beverly H's insurance to replace the roof. Beverly did not want to spend the money to replace her roof if the insurance would not help out. I explained to Beverly H that repairs are temporary. PSR completed roof repairs to help stop the leaking around pipe collars , chimneys and sidewalls . We received a call after months of fixing the repairs that her roof was leaking again . We sent a roofer back to evaluate the roof and our roofer said that these leaks were coming from different areas than what PSR had repaired. PSR explained to Beverly H that the leaks were new leaks in different areas. Beverly wanted us to complete new repairs for no cost which we could not do or agree on .
