Premier Paving of Northern Illinois, Inc.

I hired Premier Paving last fall to install a new asphalt driveway for about 6500$. OOver the course of the winter I noticed some ponding and that the drainage wasn't as good as expected. I contacted Lily Lomeli, the project coordinator to ask if when they started doing work again in the spring if someone could stop by and take a look to see if I had a real problem or not. This was in March. What I didn't know then but I do now is that Lily is thewife of one of the owners so I guess she has great job security. Lily was the rudest, least helpful, disrespectful person that I have ever dealt with at any business that I have used. There were easily 30 emails explaining to me why they couldn't do what I asked. Finally today the other owner, Efren , stopped by to look at my concern and he agreed with me that the water should be draining better and promised to fix it sometime down the road. I would strongly advise against using this company for anything !!

Pretty well done

It was a great pleasure to work with them. Their customer service was excellent. The project manager always made sure to give me updates and work with our schedule to install our driveway. The team that took out our old driveway and installed the new one did a great job. They made sure to clean up everything to the point you would not even know they took out the old and installed the new. I would highly recommend them.
