I thought leaving the state meant leaving my father’s safety to chance. This company didn't just clear snow they saved my sanity. I am the only one my fater had to clear the snow he is 82 him falling is a risk i couldnt afford to take. ​To the team You aren't just contractors to us. You are the reason I can pursue my new life without the crushing weight of "what if." If you have an elderly loved one and you can’t be there to hold the shovel yourself, give them this gift. It is the best investment I have ever made.

After my Father's unexpected passing, my Mom has been left with all the house duties that her used to take care of for her. I decided to find a service to help for the winter with snow removal and I couldn't be happier with these guys. Every time it snows they come out to clear the snow automatically and they do a great job. I plan to have them help this summer with lawn mowing also.

I hired them for completing the mowing season late in 2025, and then to handle our driveway with Snow removal. On the lawn experience they did a descent job over approximately a month of mowing but at one point I did have to chase them down to do the last mow of the season. When snow removal started that turned into a bit of a mixed bag as it's been a cat and mouse experience trying to make sure they come out to take care of the driveway. There is no consistency when they do show up as sometimes it's 5:30am and other times they have been here at 11pm at night. They do provide a winter snow report via email to show the work was done but there is little consistency of when they will actually get to the job. I believe they are more central Rochester located than on the east side thus they don't track the unique conditions each region can have. I also believe they bit of more than they could handle. When you do try to reach out to them they don't answer phone calls. We are done.

I paid $2,800 for snow p[lowing and the driveway has not been plowed.

The homeownerÂ’s claim that no services were provided is incorrect and unsupported by the facts. Snow removal services were performed at 20 Coral Way, Rochester, NY 14618 on multiple qualifying snow events, including but not limited to December 12, 2025 and December 27, 2025. Each visit is documented with time-stamped before-and-after photos showing the driveway, front walkways, rear walkways, side alley/garage area, and public sidewalk fully cleared. These photos clearly demonstrate that services were completed as contracted. In addition to the documented visits shown, this property received service whenever snowfall met the customerÂ’s selected trigger. The customer never reported any missed service or issues at the time of service and did not contact us to request remediation before filing this complaint. The customer signed up for a seasonal snow removal agreement that clearly stated: Services are prepaid and non-refundable Snow removal is considered complete once the snow is cleared Payment is authorized at signup and not contingent on individual usage preference All of this was explained and acknowledged at the time of enrollment. Because services were provided, documented, and completed in accordance with the signed agreement, the request for a full refund is not valid and is therefore denied. We have complied fully with the contract and have extensive proof of delivery to support this response.
