Hired them to Remove my couch from my property

Paid Dave with premier roofing 2K to repair a plaster ceiling over concrete in my condo Dave said all the right stuff and made all the right promises but didnâ t come through on what he said they were supposed to do, they sprayed drywall mud over a wet ceiling and the next day he called me and said he wanted another 1K to spray it again, I told him to give it a week to dry he said ok but never came back, never answered my emails or calls, they also sprayed over the ceiling fan. I had to hire someone else to remove what premier roofing did and fix it right and the new contractor plastered the whole room and painted the bedroom walls for $1200.00 been trying to reach premier roofing for a refund of 1/2 of what I paid them but Iâ ve gotten no response. I would not hire premier roofing to paint a closet they are conmen and hacksâ ¦.

Dave came out to estimate the job, we agreed on a price and 2 days later the job was done (on a Sunday no less). Would have been 5 stars, but, I did need to do a bit of sanding on the finished product before painting. Overall very satisfied.

While the work was done in a timely manner, Dave was not professional in his communication with me. A schedule of payment was agreed upon verbally. However, I was harassed by phone and text on a nearly daily basis for another portion of the balance to be paid ahead of schedule. Upon final payment, MADE EARLY, I have made it clear that the company's business practices need to change and that I will never recommend them to anyone else for any type of job.

(WARNING}I hired Dave Piro he was going to build me a screen porch.he put up 4 6x6 post and PARTIAL .IT FAILED!!!! and he NEVER RETURNED. I GAVE HIM 7500.00 NOW A GOING TO COURT,AND HIS LICENSE. NEVER GIVE HIM ANY MONEY UP FRONT! Bob.

Hired Dave Piro to do work in my home. He told me that after I paid all monies to him up front to HELP him make his payroll for his subs that he RAN OUT OF MONEY and could not complete job. He then never returned PERIOD. I had to hire his subs independently to finish carpentry work. Then I had to request those subs -out of pocket to me-to return to fix outlets that were recessed too deep into walls. We couldn't even screw on outlet covers. Mouldings incomplete and some needed to be completely reworked due to poor quality install. Spackle incomplete and new wall not lasered correctly to partial existing wall. Door headers had to be reworked. Do not recommend unless you only require a handyman, nothing complex.

They did exactly what they said they would do. I got quality workmanship for a fair price. The job was completed within the time frame given. What more could you ask for.

They were EXCELLENT. Cannot say enough good things about the workmanship, Very transparent in communicating with us. Returned phone calls or texts promptly and professionally. Finished widening the stairs and replaced the decking on my front and side porches and finished complete job in a day and a half. Cleaned up the site completely. Friendly and I recommend them HIGHLY. Will definitely use them again for any future projects.

The crew (Juans, George, Ken) courteous and professional. Dave handled changes in scope of work easily. Showed up on time, worked late. Cleaned up the site daily. Finished ahead of schedule.
