It was not good. Extremely unprofessional customer service. We had to deal with someone new every few weeks. It seems as though they do not know what they are doing.
I guess it depends on who they send. Overall, fine; they were responsive to requests. However, some people painted over picture hooks..did not remove; painted AROUND wall plate switch covers for light switches and plug receptacles, did not remove and paint under and replace them. Had to replace section of gutter that was damaged when doing roof trim. They work fast and keep things clean. Wife is less critical than I. Next time I might pay more for slower. Speed increases risk of damage (having to replace gutter) and not removing things to paint under (picture hooks and switch/receptacle covers)...the way I would have done it. Overall, OK. Wife happy enough. People are nice to work with; responsive and on time, and kept place clean.
Although my project manager made sure everything was right in the end, the painters were extremely sloppy getting paint on my siding, porch railings and pavers. I also had to clean up the paint shavings from scraping when they left for the day. A carpenter never showed on the scheduled date and no contact was made until that evening after I had waited for him asking to reschedule. I hired someone else to complete this job

They got the work done fast, when there was an issue with timing , they got through it as they promised and made it work. tiny delay in the work that was mainly because of changes, but they were great.

Once scheduled they did an excellent job. Quick, clean and neat. Christian was very organized and controlled the work very well.
Excellent Sales Person (Evan F). Extremely responsive - Quotes and Adjustments all processed in 24 hrs. Project Mgmt team was OK as well as the Painters.
We hired them to paint and plaster a small bedroom and a small bathroom. Contract was signed for $1800 + cost of materials. Scheduling the start of the project was a challenge, there was a lot of back and forth between us and the Scheduling manager Ido. Also, he did not always respond back in a timely manner: on one occasion, he sent an email to inform he would get back to us within the "next 2 days": on the 3rd day, I had to reach out to him. Start of our project was pushed back on a couple of occasions. We were initially told by Alan, the sales rep who came to our home, that it would be a straightforward 2 day job. When the job actually began, they found "unforeseen circumstances" that caused the project to last an entire week, as well as cost considerably more. At the end, we paid over $3000 to paint and plaster 2 small rooms. We don't even want to imagine what it would have cost us to do the whole apartment. The finished product is good, but we feel we paid too much money and went through too much stress to get this done. We will definitely try a different vendor if we do another painting job.
