The painters are good, but we had issues with our project manager who damaged how we see this company. The project Manager was pleasant before starting the job, but quickly became toxic once we ran into issues with billing, which was solved by speaking with the billing department. A week after the job was done we noticed an area in front of the house that needed to be touched up and when we contacted the onsite project manager to send painters to fix it, he refused to answer my calls. When I contacted the main office via email (because none of my phone calls were being returned), we were told that someone would get back to us in a few days. After several weeks, we tried to reach the project manager again, this time using my wife's number, which he was not familiar with. He told her that he his crew was working on other jobs and would get back to us. The season was changing since this was a fall job and we were concerned that the seasonal change would make the job too difficult to complete properly. The project manager now aware of my wife's number refused to answer her follow up calls. 2 months have passed by now and we had no choice but to contact the corporate office to complain. The corporate office was able to send the painters after our complaint. The project manager, being upset because of our complaint, called me to express this, which I informed him was very unprofessional. Though we are satisfied with the work of the painters and the quick response from corporate, we never want to work with that project manager again. Thus, I would recommend that corporate follow up on a personal call with customers to avoid such an uncomfortable situation where the project manager simply ignores post-job calls in pursuit of other jobs or simply because he's upset. Due to the hardships the project manager put us through and the lack of corp oversite, we don't feel comfortable giving a rating higher than a 3. We feel our rating would have been much higher under another PM.

Had a wonderful experience with this company and would most certainly hire them again in a heartbeat. While the quote was by no means low, we chose them based on their professionalism from the offset and we were not disappointed. They painted walls in two large living room and kitchen area, and painted two fireplaces and we are thrilled with the results. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless, communication with project manager was excellent throughout, and the entire experience was great. Most importantly, they did a beautiful job as promised with exceptional attention to detail.

No knowledge of this contractor. No communication, as contractor never showed up. I paid for a something that was never done.

The service professional does not answer my calls anymore, I am not happy with his job. Please I need a resolution as soon as possible.
