According to their promise and contract, they would apply two coats, but they only performed one. After I sent a complaint, there was no follow up.

Disappeared halfway into the job. Very poor experience working with them. Used cheap material, left the job for days at a time, ignored calls and texts, set up appointments and never showed. Left furniture and valuables in the rain on multiple occasions and poor workmanship. Day laborers hired by the company would show randomly and complain about the parent company (Precision Painting) not paying enough and sending them to fix jobs ruined by other day laborers hired by Precision Painting Plus. They even left cement dribbles and splotches all over a newly done driveway. The worst of it all is they left expensive furniture (pool table, kitchen/bathroom tiles, granite pieces) outside in the rain before leaving the job. Hired for garage paint + floor epoxy. Lets start with the paint. Paint color was provided to them by Sherwin Williams and the paint they used was a very cheap alternative by Benjamin Moore. Lesser quality of paint was confirmed by couple of companies that were hired afterwards to finish the job Precision Painting left behind. The guys they sent didnt even have the common sense to use painting tape and had the guts to steal snacks and other food items from the garage and leave behind cans, wrappers, etc. Lets talk about the epoxy floor. Floor Epoxy is uneven, chipping, and not the 2-part industry standard epoxy. Instead, they used a 1 part black epoxy paint purchased from local home depot. The garage concrete floor was not properly prepped (sanding, evening, filling of minor defects, etc) and instead they hired another day laborer to come in and put uneven patches of concrete in random parts of the garage. Concrete leveler was patchy, uneven, and left dribble marks all over the floor with the epoxy painted on top of it to create an uneven and cheap feel. Spoke with Carmine throughout the entire job and he would not show up to teh job site, as promised. Nor would he respond to text messages and set up appointments and never showed.

Precision painting came to my house with a team of 3 painters. We had 5 rooms to paint 4 with new colors one raw sheet rock. They painted all the rooms in 3 days moved the furniture vacuum and put back the furniture when finished. phenomenal job !!!!!!

Attention to detail is extremely important, especially with painting. Some got it. Some do not. When you hire a company and they turn around and subcontract others to do their work, they should be sure to ensure the quality of the job will meet their customers expectations as presented by them during the initial visit. I hired this company to paint the exterior of my home and the end result was overspray over the newly installed pavers in the front entrance. The **prep** of the house was nothing compared to what was described with an estimate. Cigarette butts around the yard from workers smoking while they worked and taking their breaks hanging out in our tiki hut without so much as asking if they could.

Precision Painting came when they said they would and were finished as scheduled. They did a great job!

The whole process from quote to final payment was easy and the quality of work was outstanding
