I changed my wood fireplace to gas logs. James answered my request the same day and came over. He explained fully what was needed to be done and how he would do it. He was polite, warm and I could tell he knew how to do the job. He emailed me a detailed estimate and I hired him. Within a week James was here with his helper and they did the job. He was familiar with the product and took his time to do a good job. It was a pleasure to work with a professional who cares about his work and his clients. He's my Plumber guy now!

My project involved an emergency service call as I had a problem with my oil furnace in the basement. James responded immediately and was at my house in a few hours. The parts needed were no longer available; however, the company did a great due diligence search for the needed part. The work was done expertly, neatly, using the least expensive method. I would highly recommend this company for their honesty, integrity and quality workmanship.

Discovered by "walking the line," issues unknown and not reported that must be dealt with or risk significant damage. Not expensive to fix, but will be if unattended, and not immediate to deal with.

We were blown away by the quality, efficiency of work, attention to detail and customer service of Precision Plumbing & Heating from the very first interaction and throughout the entire process. Over-the-phone and in-person James was professional, highly communicative and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our telephone call was responded to immediately. James came over the very same day to review our list of items we were considering having done. Clear and intelligent advice was provided and a reasonable quote was submitted the next day; work was scheduled for a couple of days later that was able to meet out tight deadlines for getting the work accomplished. The list was long...old corroded jumbled waste pipes, in danger of failure, were expertly replaced. A couple of old damaged faucets were replaced cleanly and professionally. A poorly situated refrigerator water line, originally improperly installed by a previous plumber, was re-routed correctly and in time for our painter to patch and paint the area. Other work included a check & tune-up of the Heating System, a review/check-up of the A/C System, and a handful of other minor plumbing issues rounded out the laundry list of items. A huge amount of work was done swiftly and efficiently in a couple of days. It cannot be emphasized enough...James was fantastic. His approach to the work we wanted done was beyond any experience we have ever had with any service professional. His advice was practical; he advised work that he would want as if it was his home being worked on. His work ethic was customer-focused and clearly above and beyond: "How late is too late for me to work this evening? I would like to finish as much as possible but want to make sure it doesn't impact you." James is all that and more...he is THE definition of the Yiddish word "Mensch" : a person of integrity and honor. We will definitely work again with James at Precision Plumbing & Heating.
