Cory Glover did the work. He was very professional in all aspects of garage door service. He didn't try to push the sale of any unnecessary parts, etc. But he did give me information on things I might want to consider in the future.

Quote $100 - $150, pro showed up , total cost became $250, added $50 service fee and $50 check and luv.

The estimater gave me a lot of options and gave me excellent advice. He helped save me money and explained in detail what I was buying.

After our teenager demolished our garage door, we chose a more upscale door and it looks wonderful! The work was done very well. Since we wanted a door with a decorative window, it was ordered and took 3 weeks, but it was worth the inconvenience of not using the garage during that time. Our previous door was just "blah" and blended in with the color of our house. The new one is craftsman style in walnut finish and looks awesome. Staining our front door to match.

I strongly recommend Precision Garage Door! Our garage door stopped working. We first had an estimator, Robert, look at our situation and he gave clear, concise and well chosen options. Subsequently, we decided to just repair the motor. Cory, the Service Technician, did a superb job...courteous, knowledgeable, and he worked hard! For each visit, Robert and Cory called before they came....they asked if they could come early...totally professional. What a refreshing experience of superb customer service. Tony came the same day that I called about the problem. He gave me three options to fix or replace the door. We opted to replace the door. After they ordered the door, Cory came and replaced the door. It took him less time than expected to do the installation and everything works great. We will be calling them for anything that needs to be done in the future.

They actually came early, was done quickly, and door works wonderfully!

The gentleman came out bright and early the next day, which was Sunday and Father's Day!! It turns out the bearings were in need of replacement also and he repaired everything for next to nothing. Seriously... if you need a garage door repaired, you'd be deft not to call these guys. They offered an AARP and military discount. How refreshing.

They had a special going on two springs installed $230. I was quoted up to $550 elsewhere. I set it up for the next, the tech called me half hour later asked if he could come do it now! So you could say i got same day service. He was fast, courteous and they weren't worried about payment. By that I mean it wasn't their primary concern. On top of it all, they didn't have the same springs on hand so they have me an "upgrade" as well. (not sure if they would want me to say that,) but again that's a tell as to their customer service. Would definitely recommend.
