Prompt and courteous. Customer service great. Work completed satisfactory. Rate structure a bit on the high side. Service call charge (just for coming out) plus time/material for repair.

We carry superior parts to the ones that are installed on a typical garage door. We want our repairs to last a long time. Our prices might be slightly higher but the repairs are going to last a lot longer. Most of our work comes with a lifetime warranty. We can explain how that works as well. Service was quick and precise, but there unexpected changes after repairs were made. It would probably be a good idea for the service tech to inform the client of each additional charge before making repairs in order for them to agree or decline according to the amount.
