Greg has expertise in many areas, he "does it all!" As he told me "My work is my life! And I DO Care!!" No question he will give you his best in knowledge, experience, and creativity. And he works non-stop like an Energizer Bunny! He thinks about your projects after hours to find the best solution. My 200 year old house put him to the test! He replaced a rotted out door and entryway, resurfaced a floor, dry walled an area where a sky light had been removed, and reframed the area under a toilet that was caving in, painting along the way. And he is repairing my crumbling deck! Luckily he is a "frugal Yankee" and constantly looks for ways to save you money. And, as he says, he leaves your house cleaner and in better shape than when he arrived. Highly recommend!

Greg Dulac is an excellent carpenter. He has done multiple projects for us at our Vermont home, including replacement of a porch, replacement of interior doors, painting, and exterior molding and structural member replacement. His work has been thorough and on time. He has terrific ideas about aesthetics and how to improve performance of the repaired area. We recommend him without hesitation.

Greg is competent and precise in his attention to detail. He is hard working, fair, reliable, honest. He listens well and knows how to work with his customer, subcontractors and vendors. He has decades of experience in a broad range of construction areas and is well connected to other workmen, vendors. He is a fine craftsman and takes great pride in his work. He did what he said he would and always kept me informed about his work. His explanations about the project were clear. He more than met expectations for high quality work, for finishing early! He mostly worked 6 days a week. Greg completely renovated an old house in great disrepair to the point where I am proud to open a professional office in that space. He did a lot of heavy work and supervised at least 6 subcontractors, being knowledgeable about roofing, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work, and driveway grading. He created a retaining wall, brought a dilapidated garage up to code, put up drywall and painted, dug out 2 septic tanks, put down a cobblestone walkway, improved the vinyl siding, replaced numerous windows and numerous interior and exterior doors with energy efficient products, making the main office area totally sound proof from a major road with heavy traffic. He supervised the upgrading of the house from bathroom to closet space to fixtures to many cosmetic improvements. Can't say enough good things about Greg. Everyone likes working with him!
