Arrived on time and took care of the bagworm problem. Didn't try to pressure me into signing on for monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly treatments. Really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell other products or services.

Great! Did everything I could. Cleaned everywhere plus carpets. Let's see if they fixed the bed bug problem. Next appointment July 11 & 25. 90 day guarantee if 3 treatment are done. Will follow up by September. Last exterminator was a year ago for the same problem. Notice I did not call them back!!!

The front office person who answers the phone doesnt seem to be very compliant. That being said though the actual bug control person who came to our house was very thorough and professional and answered our questions. The only down side is he did try to scoot around telling us exactly how much things would cost. and that is why they ratings are not higher.

The receptionist who set up the appointment seemed very distracted, and in fact, I had to call again when the service person did not show up as scheduled. They were able to get someone out within an hour, but that was extra time I had to take off work. The service person seemed competent and did not pressure me to sign a contract.
