Felipe was great

Felipe was reliable and did a professional paint job. Would recommend. Tip: I learned that I truly would have saved money by buying the paint directly from him.

At first Felipe seemed professional, punctual, and reliable when it came to coming to the house to give us an estimate on what we wanted painted. Then once we scheduled the actual paint job, the week of I had to reach out to him to make sure he was still coming on Friday and he seemed like he forgot we were scheduled. He said that this week has been busy and Saturday may work better for him but he would call me back to let me know for sure. Once again I heard nothing from him and had to call him to find out the day before the appointment to see if he could come Friday or if he needed Saturday. He asked to push it to Saturday and I asked him if he would for sure be here. He replied yes and that he would get here at 9am. So we planned around him on Saturday and 9am came around with no phone call or text and a no show. I called him to find out if he was on his way and I had to leave a voicemail - no phone call back. I gave him some time and then texted him to see when he would be coming. I received no response even though it showed he had read the message. VERY unprofessional and unreliable. It?s very disappointing to have to move your plans around not one day, but two, just to have him not show up and now have to wait even longer to have this job done.
