People were great but there was no clean smell on floors nor did they pay attention to baseboards and details of corners
Love them !!! Jim and his team are very professional , friendly , punctual. I've already recommended them to my friends.
There was a team of four including their boss, Jim Avila. They were positive people and worked well together. Some things were missed and Jim corrected in the end.
Very accommodating and attention to detail was excellent. It was a pleasure having them in my home.

REVIEW: Consistently late, no regard for clients time or schedule, no effort to communicate. I had to ask him to re-clean areas, or point out large surfaces needing dusting. Had to clean areas again after he left (residue on floor or surfaces). Pointing out my dissatisfaction resulted in his getting angry rather than being willing to improve. My, apparently, last exchange with Jim Avila from Power Pros Cleaning: 1.24.22/Me: Do want to talk to you about what can be done to improve the mopping/cleaning of the floor. Some areas need closer attention; I end up mopping them again after you have gone. Specifically around the cat tree and in front of both couches. JA: Thank you. We will take care of it. 1.25.22: Appt scheduled for 11:00 AM 11:47/Me: (47 mins late) 11:00 change 11:49_JA: I have 2 girls out running behind. Should be there within an hour 11:56/Me (56 mins late): It would be appreciated, probably by most of your customers/clients, etc., if you could keep us updated. We do have schedules, appointments, etc. You tend to have a pattern to go off schedule. It is difficult for me to plan around your fluid schedule, especially when I do not know what is going on. I am more than willing to work with your needed changes, but please be more willing to keep me updated.: 11:58/JA: No problem. Please keep in mind we try to keep everyone on a need to know basis, WE will do our part with keeping you informed as much as possible.
