One of the very best customer service experiences I have ever had. Keegan was amazing. One of the most polite young men I have ever met. Literally five minutes after I had filled out the HA form, he called me - on a Sunday - and walked me through my generator problem. He requested that I text him photos of the generator. He then called me back - still on Sunday - and explained all the issues. On Monday he called me again to confirm he had spoken with the manufacturer and had determined a game plan for addressing my generator's issues. We set up an appointment, which was yesterday. He showed up right on time (he had called to let me know he was on the way). He got right down to business and now my generator is as good as new. I could go on and on, but suffice to say, I am totally satisfied with the experience of working with Power Cross. They exceeded expectations on every level.

I hired the company Power Cross to do some repair work for my generator. I found the professional to be very polite and very responsive. He took the time to answer any questions to any questions that I had about the repair work. The company's rates are incredible and they offered much lower pricing than competitors in the area. I wish them the best of luck building their business.
