Keegan, his dad and his company are the perfect example of what superior customer service means. Without getting into too much detail, I have a 38kw Generac generator that a couple of other service contractors said they could not repair or service. This includes the company that sold it to me. Long story short, Keegan devised a very unique and thoughtful approach to solving the problem and fixing/servicing the generator. I was completely impressed and amazed at the approach that was used, and needless to say, I will be using Power Cross for all of my generator needs. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Keegan was excellent. Great customer service and was very detailed with his work. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why it was necessary.
