Potter's Tree Service

Potter not only was professional and good at his job, he's just a genuine good guy. I enjoyed watching him work and talking with him and he did an excellent job and gave me a very fair price. I have two more trees that need done and I'm going to call him back and I will refer anybody who needs tree work done to Potter.

Potter and his crew responded to my request within minutes, stopped by my property first thing the next morning, gave me a quote by lunchtime that same day, and had the job done by the following day. The sheer number of service related companies that I've called in the 2.5 years that I've owned my home here is extensive. The number of times I've actually received a call back or a service after those calls can be counted on one hand. I called Potter Tree Service on Friday and he said he'd be near me on Monday and he'd give me a call then. I fully expected that I'd never hear from him again, per usual. On Monday when he called I was shocked. They were at my house and trimming my ONE palm tree in less than 30 minutes. It took them all of 30 minutes to trim a tree that hadn't been touched in at least 2.5 years but probably longer. They cleaned up all debris, raked, and left it spotless at a fair price considering I only had one tree. Most business owners wouldn't even entertain coming out to trim one tree to begin with. Brent is a good guy! I will be telling everyone and I will be calling again.

Potter is a very nice, sincere, honest and hardworking individual. In a area that has so many flyby night, crooked dishonest individuals, Potter is a breath of fresh air with humanity. I called late in the afternoon on Thursday, and was only going to be in town for friday with several widow makers left over from the hurricane on a residential property I recently bought. Potter stopped by at the end of his work day to look at my dilemma. He gave me a very reasonable quote considering the difficulty of these trees. He rearranged his schedule for Friday the next day and started his day out at my lot to take care of me with my time restraint. He sid a wonderful job, and it was impressive to watch a professional in action. Thank you Potter!
