We are completely satisfied with the fence that was installed in early December to replace our old fence around our pool. Daryl Potter and his entire team are very professional and delivered a quality product. We worked with Tony, who was very responsive and attentive to our needs from the initial site visit through the install. He walked us through various options and did several layout updates to be sure we were comfortable with the plan. We appreciated the offer to look at several local installations so we could inspect workmanship and fence quality, which was excellent. After meeting with four contractors, we were convinced that Potter Fence would deliver a quality fence at a reasonable price. The crew chief and installers were very professional and took care to treat our surrounding property with respect. Although there was an initial start-up glitch, Tony was quick to respond to a call and immediately came down to resolve the issue. After a three day installs, we were elated with the final product. We also appreciate the honesty of Darrel Potter who called to let us know that a set of hinges for one of the self-closing doors was not performing to his satisfaction and he replaced the hinges the next day. We highly recommend Potter Fence.

Completely satisfied with the work that Darryl and his team put into our shadowbox fence. Very flexible and professional. We discussed in details what we can do that fits our needs and follows our HOA regulations. Most importantly, the work was exceptional! So exceptional that my neighbors and landscapers have mentioned the excellent quality fence Potter Fence Company built for us. My neighbor even said if there is a windstorm, the houses in our neighborhood will probably go before the fence -- which shows how sturdy the fence is. My husband was especially impressed with one of the teammate's work (Greg). Unbeknownst to Greg, my husband was watching him install the panels. Greg was meticulous in that for every panel he installed, he would go back several feet to ensure each panel is equally spaced. Like I mentioned earlier, we are more than satisfied with their work.
