Excellent handyman. He is quite knowledgeable about his work, and his prices are reasonable and less than others I've contacted. He did a wonderful job repairing, retexturing, and painting my wall. He also did a great job with some designer tile over my fireplace. One contractor told me my job was too small for them to do, but Francisco came in, gave me a quote, and did exactly what I wanted to be done. I plan to use him again in the future, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Knew what he was doing. did not take long.

Hired ponchito to remove fluorescent lighting and fixtures and remove dining room hanging lamp. Ceiling had 3 medium size spaces in ceiling for the fluorescent fixtures. Installed new hanging light fixture in kitchen and 6 new led recessed lights and covered holes with drywall. Completed job in 2 days. Unable to see where all spaces were covered. Very nice job and all new lights and lamp working fine. Will hire him again to do a few more jobs at my home. Reasonable price, on time and great work.

Overall, the work was really good. However we agreed on a price and it was meant for 2 days labor. He was able to finish the job in one day and then asked for more money at the end of the job citing the need for 1 ;section of baseboard that wasn;t discussed. The baseboard linear ft was discussed but not that there would be two types of baseboard. I know from experience that material cost for the job should have been between $75 and $100. 2 days seem fair because we had to wait for things to dry. We agreed on $470 but in the end I had to pay in $500 even though he saved the day. If anything, I think it should have cost less than the 450. I only agreed to that because I expected it to take 2 days. Either way, the work quality was really good and he came prepared and on time. Im not really a fan of changing prices but thats not completely untypical either with some in this industry.
