Polyseal was really easy to deal with, and the price was fair. The majority of the job looks really good, with a few exceptions. I live in a downtown loft, which may have posed some additional challenges to the team. Taking a look at the other reviews, it looks like they do great work, but I understand a challenging job may come along from time to time, and I believe that's what happened with my place.

This was a challenging project. Underlying conditions with the concrete prevented the stain and sealer from applying properly in a very small area. I refunded a large portion of the customers money when the project was finished as an act of good faith since the floor was not 100%. As he stated, on rare occasion projects present difficulties that can not be avoided. The rest of our reviews speak for our professionalism and the quality of our work.

Chris and his team were great to work with. They showed up on time everyday and finished the project on schedule. The color came out slightly different than we expected but still looks fantastic with everything in our house. We love the way they look! I trust the work they do and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for inside or outside concrete flooring. When we're ready to have our garage floors done, we'll be calling Polyseal Coating Solutions again.

Chris from Polyseal was professional and extremely knowledgable about what products would work best on our acid stained patio. His workers showed up on time and were equally professional and knowledgable. The finished product came out beautiful, beyond our expectations. I would recommend Polyseal to everyone.

Great Job! Chris was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend Polyseal Coating Solutions. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and finished the floor in no time. Thank you! We only wished we would've contacted Service Magic months ago, instead of attempting to do the job ourselves. Lesson learned: Leave concrete staining to the Pros! ;0)
