"What can I say about Home Town Exteriors except, wow! They went above and beyond for our installation. Our home was built in the sixties so you can imagine those old single pane windows were doing nothing but bleeding money. We started getting bids after attending a home show and experienced the usual sign now and you save even more sales pitch, even after stating we were not looking to start this project at that time. Nick came and actually was bidding the gutter topper solution they have, and after looking at our home came up with a fair bid and asked me when he should follow up. I cannot tell you the volume that spoke to me instead of the pressure pitch! Indeed, he waited months and reached back out and we met again to discuss installation of the topper system, which by the way has been outstanding, as our house is surrounded by oak trees and the gutters were constantly jamming with acorns and leaves. NOT anymore! Knowing that they did windows as well, we asked for a bid. Again, the no hassle, heres the info, up front style he has was most appreciated and he won my business. The office (Beverly) kept us up to date with information on when installation was scheduled and even when we hit a snag, Nick came by to personally to tell us rather than a phone call. Now thats service! Ive got to mention his installer Jesse who is absolutely awesome. His commitment and attention to detail on our installation was impressive. Both he and Nick braved the cold and even some light snow to get our installation done and always with a smile. With 16 windows, that was no easy task. Working in the service industry for 30 years I dont give praise out unless its truly deserved and in this case, it definitely is. "I know spring is a busy time for home repair pros, so I was expecting to have to wait at least a month to get someone to actually call me back, get an estimate, and schedule the work. So I was flabbergasted when Mike got back to me almost immediately, came out for an estimate within a few days, followed up (which nobody else EVER does), and finished replacing all of my gutters, all within two weeks. And it would have been even faster than that if I'd gotten back to him sooner. He and his crew were beyond professional, and my gutters look so good now they're borderline making the rest of my house look bad in comparison. Mike went above and beyond by installing a diverter for a rain barrel (even though I sprung it on him day-of and it wasn't part of the estimate), replacing some rotted fascia, and he even identified a potential issue with our house that we'd never noticed but will definitely be looking into. He also gets bonus points with me for responding to my e-mails and texts, since that's the easiest way for me to coordinate with people while I'm at work. Oh, and he did four times as much work for half the price of the other estimate I got. I don't expect to be needing gutter repair again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I'm calling!"
