Mr. Patina is professional, efficient, and very fair in his pricing. He did a beautiful job building and hanging a new gate to replace one that was wrotton and did repairs on my fence. He also completed requested work on my fascia and hauled away an old water softener for me. I’m 1000% satisfied with his work. "Carlos was very easy to work with and prompt with showing up daily to complete work. I hired him to take out carpet and ceramic tile and install porcelain tile throughout the whole house. When unexpected repairs were needed , he was very flexible in accommodating my needs as my list of projects grew to drywall repair and painting. He made it easy to communicate via text while I was at work and unable to be there the entire time. He made it easy for me in getting the materials needed by sending me a thorough list in the quote and was easy to work with when I needed additional supplies.
