Poe Legacy Construction, LLC

We hired Poe Legacy Construction for two large remodels and a few small projects. We will hire them again! On separate occasions Andrew's team helped us remodel our master bathroom, our kitchen/pantry/dining room, give our builder-grade carpeted staircase a facelift, and replaced our water heater. I only have images of the bathroom to share, but three years later and I still love it!

Andrew and his team are amazing. They did remodel a bathroom but they did so much more! From installing cabinets, to running my starlink cable through the attic, recommending a great landscape company, trimming trees, fixing electrical, installing a sliding glass door. Sooo many projects. They are honest and knowledgeable and I will use their services again and again for large/small jobs!

They also removed and replaced house cedar siding for us and everything looks beautiful. They did a fantastic job and we will use them again. It was a dutch style exterior door they installed for us that replaced a wider french door. They did all the framing, moved an electric box, siding, and added a patio roof overhang to cover the door, everything works great and door is hung perfect so it stays in place and does not swing open or closed by itself.

They did a great job, priced fairly and wanted to make sure the job was done to the customers satisfaction. I will be using them again for mode house remodel projects.

My son and I purchased a Dupont cottage as a rental investment. We gave Poe Legacy Construction a tight deadline to complete this whole-house remodel so we could list it in the rental cycle in time, and with their multiple capabilities they worked night and day to get it all done at a fair price. The fact that this is a veteran-owned and operated business is value-added and very important to us as is Andrew's "can-do" "I got you" attitude.
