Waking up to your water heater having died is a horrible experience on a Sunday morning. But having Paul and his son come change out my water heater the same day was a absolutely a great experience. Having a contractor show up on time and do exactly what they say they're going to do is unheard of in my experience. I contacted several other plumbers in the area they either couldn't come until later in the week or were way too expensive. I highly recommend Plumb ER should you experience a major plumbing issue.
