    Overall all pool resurface went well and was done on time. Did not like that they can come in and out of your yard without telling you. When they came to chip out the pool they jumped over my locked gate at 630 AM without notice. Luckily my dog was not out in the yard or she would of jetted out.

    I could recommend them but with this advice. We had the pool resurfaced and tiled. I like the mini pebble surface and the glass mosaic tile border. We had an intellibrite LED light installed and a sand change in the sand filter. I do take issue with a couple of things. First, through the whole process, we were rescheduled many times. There were times that I said I took a vacation day to be home for certain work and found out when calling later in the day that they were not coming. I had a very hard time getting return calls and texts from the service manager. I wanted to purchase a control panel for the pool light. Once it was available, the installation kept getting postponed, and I would not find out until later in the day when I asked. I finally gave up and will go to another company for that, which is a shame. For me, communication is important. I think that if the work is getting postponed, call the customer and tell them, and offer a specific day and time frame. I always had to follow up just to find out they were too busy. I got tired of being pushed to the back of the line. Second, the sand that was pulled out of the filter was dumped over the wall into my front yard, in a big messy pile. The area around the filter was not cleaned up either. I had this done once before by another company and the sand was taken and disposed of. When I asked them to come back and clean it up, some of the pile was taken but it is still a big mess that I have to fix myself. I gave up on that. It was difficult to communicate with the service manager.
