They are great people

David came by and repaired a fence door that was poorly installed by another company. And to make things easier, he completed the project the same day. He gave us recommendations and was honest to let us know that the needed repairs can wait at least another year and a half. The gate door made a noise whenever the wind blows and had become unstable. David went to the nearest home good store and got the needed tools and repaired the fence at a very reasonable price. We were highly impressed and will refer him. If you need any landscaping or fence repair done, we give him a 10 out of 10. He did an outstanding job!!!!!!!!!!!

We LOVE our new fence! Michael and his team installed a wood fence with a drive-thru gate for the road facing portion of the project with black chain link for the rest and a couple more gates. Our yard has odd slopes in places that gave me doubts whether the wood fence would look right, but it was installed perfectly in line with the slopes; none of the fence boards look awkwardly spaced or leave weird gaps at the ground. The drive-thru gate is incredibly sturdy and set up to where I KNOW will be for a long, long time. Although I didn't mention at the time, I had extreme concerns with one of the back corners and thought there was no way the chain link fence could work right with the way the ground level just drops - I still cannot believe how great it looks!! The way they worked this chain link fence on these slopes and through trees is like magic. Throughout the installation, Michael kept us updated on the progress. There were a handful of times he ran into situations where what we wanted may not work out like we want it to; he explained things to us "in layman's terms," provided suggestions of the best way to get what we want based on his professional experiences and gave us the option to go ahead with what we originally requested or with a suggested route. His suggestions always made sense and I'm grateful he had the professional knowledge to recognize potential issues and bring it to our attention along with a solution instead of just continuing along. Even with those situations (and 100° extreme heat warnings,) our fence install was completed within the week and it is exactly what we wanted... actually - even better than what we wanted! We will request Platinum Landscaping & Construction for projects and recommend them 100% any time we can from here on out! THANK YOU Michael & team for the hard work and quality job!!! We hired Platinum Landscaping and Construction to complete our fence (roughly 530 sq ft perimeter). The guys were friendly and seemed competent. However, upon completion, the more I looked at the fence, the more it did not look right. To be fair, they asked if I liked the fence, to which I replied Yes. I thought what can they do at this point as it is already completed? I was going crazy because as someone who does not know about fencing, I thought to myself, maybe I am mistaken, and this is how it should be?. After speaking with my wife, we decided to call them back and address a few of our concerns. They stated they spoke to us in detail about what we wanted, and they simply did as requested. So, I went ahead and called several professional fencing companies, for 2nd, and 3rd opinions; They came out to look at the fence, and the general conclusion was the same-- that it was not done well. Walking around the perimeter with me, they pointed out a few key areas that were concerning or appeared to be rushed. Many of posts are loose--you can see the cement moving and cracking with the posts in the ground, the pickets are uneven, the height of the pickets are way over the normal standard, and some are loose. It did not follow the ground smoothly as specified, and aesthetically-- it simply looks off. A gentleman from Platinum came out to see what the issues were, and although he was sympathetic that we were not satisfied, he ultimately stood by his company work, and that many customers like fences this way. We are at a loss at this point because it was an expensive job. It took 1 week to complete, and we expected to see quality and attention to detail as stated in the other reviews.

My experience with Platinum Landscaping was great they show up on time and complete the on time. Also, they did everything I ask them to do the workers went above and beyond duty. I give Platinum an A+ for a job well done.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality, attention to detail, promptness, and friendly work crew. Super experience and very reasonable for 2 1/2 acres and two hand built wooden gates in a three rail fenceâ ¦call these guys first and theyâ ll be half done before you get a call back from some of the others out there..
