The tech went the extra mile to fix the issue with our chimney. He was courteous, prompt, and professional. Even extracted the dead ducks (no kidding). Also, very reasonably priced for the work done. You should definitely consider these guys.

Customer Service was wonderful. Jamie was very prompt to get back to me with a quote and took the time to answer all of my questions. Scheduling my appointment was very easy, and they were able to work my service in quickly. My only issue is that the technicians were 40 minutes late and did not call to notify us of a delay. I would not have minded if they would have just let us know they were held up. When they arrived they were very polite and got right to work. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Overall, I was very pleased with this company and would absolutely hire them again.
