Perla Lichi has performed extensive work on our properties for my wife and I in South Florida. Her work included complete interior redesign of our home in Boca Raton, with a turnkey approach including construction services, engineering, special renderings, and overall construction Mangement to final successful completion. She also upgraded and redesigned our condo in FT Lauderdale (L-Hermitage) which we sold. We also are planning on using Perla's Team on a new condo we purchased in Ft Lauderdale (Selene) which will begin this year. As noted above, we have been totally delighted with Perla and her team in performing services on several projects in the last several years and plan on continuing to do so in the future.
