Everything about Jason from Performance Pump and Well is AMAZING. I placed an email this morning asking about my failing well pump. Jason replies immediately and said he d be out this afternoon, but if I were to lose water altogether, he d come sooner. His communication while diagnosing and fixing my well problem was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly and patiently and didn t treat me like a nuisance. The cost was actually less than I expected, which of course was a plus. Overall I am completely, 100% satisfied with his work-his timeliness, communication, customer service everything. This kind of service is reminiscent of contractors in years gone by. If you have a problem with your well-call him.

Jason, the tech, was phenomenal! He came out to where I live and checked my water tank. He saw it wasn t leaking and was just condensation. He told me a few solutions that could help and reassured me that the tank was in good shape. He didn t even charge me for his trek out here! He was very polite, professional, and seemingly trustworthy! Would definitely use again in the future!
