My water pumo stopoed working and with a baby in the house I was worried. Jason arrived when he said he would be there and seemed legitimately concerned. He identified the problem right away and quickly fixed the problem. He had his dog in the truck with him which also put me at ease. It was a good experience. I hope something else goes wrong soon so I can call him back ti visit us again!

A First Rate experience. Showed up same day, diagnosed the issue in < 15 minutes (as I thought, well pump was finally dead (going on 32 years old so I can't say it owed us anything)), 1.5 hours later water was back on with a new pump. Price was right in the range it was supposed to be in. We will be having him back next week to do additional work with our filtration system and some water testing we wanted done. If our opinion changes I will report, but as it sits, this guy is a keeper, and his card will be getting space on the fridge.

Prompt. Efficient . Thorough . I contacted 8 plumbers and his price was significantly less than all other estimates. His prices were extremely reasonable and he provided estimates to avoid future water problems . We have a well 300 feet down and he was done with the project in 3 hours. My husband and I will contact Performance Pump and Well services for all future plumbing issues

Jason was excellent. He takes great pride in his business. He was available to me the entire time, sending pictures, making recommendations, but never a hard sell. In fact, I thought about going with a higher hp pump so he took the time to explain to me that the increased cost wouldn t make any difference in performance and could in fact cost me more money in the long run. Really excellent man. Honest. Available. No need to look any further.
